Midtown Exotics – Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking or operating any vehicle provided by Midtown Exotics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility Requirements

All renters must:
• Be at least 25 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Provide valid insurance or approved coverage
• Pass identity and driver verification

Midtown Exotics reserves the right to deny any rental at its discretion.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required prior to vehicle release. Deposit amounts typically range from $500–$2,000 depending on the vehicle.

Deposits may be used to cover:
• Damages
• Late fees
• Tolls, tickets, or violations
• Cleaning or smoking fees

Remaining balances will be refunded after inspection.

Full or partial payment is required to confirm a booking. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

3. Payment Terms

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before booking: Eligible for credit or partial refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours: Non-refundable
• No-shows: No refund

4. Cancellation Policy

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time.

Late returns will incur additional charges, including:
• Hourly or daily rental rate
• Possible penalties

Failure to return the vehicle may result in repossession and additional fees.

5. Rental Period & Late Returns

Daily mileage limits may apply depending on the vehicle.

Additional mileage will be charged at a per-mile rate

6. Mileage Limits

The following are strictly prohibited:
• Reckless or aggressive driving
• Racing, drifting, or burnouts
• Driving under the influence
• Use for illegal activities
• Unauthorized drivers

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received.

The renter is fully responsible for:
• Any damage during the rental period
• Mechanical abuse or misuse
• Interior or exterior damage

Renters must provide valid insurance or approved coverage.

The renter assumes full financial responsibility for:
• Damage
• Theft
• Loss of use
• Diminished value

9. Insurance & Liability

In the event of an accident:
• Notify Midtown Exotics immediately
• Contact local authorities if necessary
• Provide full documentation

Failure to report incidents may result in additional liability.

10. Accidents & Incidents

• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• Excessive dirt or stains will result in cleaning fees

11. Cleaning & Smoking Policy

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking and monitoring systems for security and safety purposes.

12. GPS Tracking & Monitoring

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Midtown Exotics harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from vehicle use.

13. Indemnification

By booking or operating a vehicle, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.

Midtown Exotics reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
