Rental Requirements
At Midtown Exotics, we maintain high standards to ensure a premium and secure experience for every client. Please review the following requirements before booking:
Driver Eligibility
- Minimum age: 25 years old
- Valid driver’s license (U.S. or international with passport)
- Must have at least 2 years of driving history
- No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, excessive speeding)
Payment Requirements
- Valid credit or debit card required
- Payment must be completed prior to or at pickup
- Name on payment method must match driver
Pickup Requirements
- Valid ID required at time of pickup
- Driver must be present
- Pre-rental inspection will be conducted
Insurance Requirements
- Full coverage auto insurance is required:
- Liability
- Collision
- Comprehensive
- Insurance must transfer to rental vehicles
Driving Restrictions
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reckless driving, racing, burnouts, drifting
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
- Unauthorized drivers
- Off-road use
All vehicles are monitored for safety and compliance.
Late Returns
- Late returns are subject to additional charges
- Failure to return the vehicle may result in repossession and legal action
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required at pickup
- Typical range: $500 – $2,500
- Must be paid via credit card
- Refunded within 3–7 business days after inspection
Mileage Policy
- Daily mileage limit: 100 miles/day
- Additional mileage will be charged accordingly
Approval Policy
All rentals are subject to approval and verification. Midtown Exotics reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Guidelines
& Notes
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as they were upon handover.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited; professional detailing fees up to $250 apply for violations.
- Geographic restrictions: Driving outside of Georgia requires explicit prior management approval.
- Cleaning fees may apply for vehicles returned with excessive interior or exterior soil.
- Strict adherence to pickup and return schedules ensures fleet accessibility for all guests.
